For those of you who have been searching for a way to keep your hands dry in the rain with something a bit more sophisticated than putting Playtex dishwashing gloves under your regular gloves, Jim has found a great solution! He bought and tested the SealSkinz glove and found them to be waterproof AND they made gripping easier with the abrasion resistent dots. You can order them on line at amazon or www.danalco.com Be aware that there are two types: a regular waterproof glove and a chillblocker version. Both have a wicking layer to allow the gloves to breathe (which is MUCH more pleasant than the Playtex gloves). We've both tried other gloves that claim to be waterproof with dismal results after a couple of hours of rain. The SealSkinz are a great product!

LOL! When I read that through the first time I thought you said there was a "childblocker" version. I couldn't figure out how gloves would work to block children.
